At Fundacion 23, transparency is at the heart of everything we do. As a newly established nonprofit, we are dedicated to building trust with our donors, supporters, and beneficiaries by openly sharing how we operate, manage funds, and work toward our mission to create positive impact.

While we are still in our early stages and do not yet have impact metrics or financial reports to share, we are committed to providing clear and regular updates as our programs develop.

• The number of families, individuals, and nursing homes we serve.

Note: As a new organization, we are still building our programs and will share these updates as soon as they are available.

Fundacion 23 is guided by a dedicated Board of Trustees, including our Founder & President, Treasurer, and Executive Assistant. Our board is responsible for:

• Providing ethical leadership and strategic direction.

• Ensuring all operations align with our mission.

• Upholding strict governance policies to maintain integrity.

We are committed to ethical decision-making and accountability at every level of our organization.

We are dedicated to responsible financial management and full accountability. As our organization grows, we will:

• Provide regular reports on how funds are allocated.

• Conduct third-party audits to ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations.

• Follow clear spending guidelines that prioritize community impact.

• Adhere to all legal and tax requirements for nonprofit organizations.
